Do you have any flour products that are certified free of glyphosate treated wheat? For a company with such a great values it seems like a must. Thanks for your question, Caroline. We do want to assure you that for all of our products, we start with our commitment to ensuring the highest quality possible. We partner with mills and farmers to produce flour that meets our high standards and specifications to ensure superior baking performance. While we don’t currently have flours in a glyphosate-free certification program, our team is always taking steps to improve our products to best meet the needs of our customers. A very recent example of this is the introduction of our White Whole Wheat Flour as King Arthur Flour’s first identity-preserved product. In addition to other requirements of this program, our farmers are not permitted to use glyphosate as a pre-harvest application on the white winter wheat it’s milled from. We do also offer a full line of 100% organic flours, where the use of synthetic chemicals, including glyphosate, is prohibited. We offer our organic line to ensure that our customers have options to suit their individual needs. Our organic flour line is also 100% US grown and milled wheat, independently verified by QAI (Quality Assurance International). Kindly, Jesse@KAF
