One of the main reasons that I love and have used King Arthur Flour for decades of my adult baking life. My grandmothers and mother were Gold Medal Flour bakers but I changed the mold and got my sister to change too. My daughter and sons us King Arthur and I have brought many friends to the King Arthur table over the years. They were reluctant to believe that changing brands would change their baking and cooking results but using King Arthur Flour proved my point. I also salute our farmers who use our precious land wisely and produce such wholesome foods for us to use and eat. It is hard work but they have a degree of dedication that is unmatched in today's corporate and industrial world. Yes, they have industrialized our food supply to our detriment. Any farmer who resists that trend has my heartfelt vote.
