Allyson, we wouldn't recommend trying to convert a designed-to-be gluten-free recipe back to gluten-full, but you should feel free to substitute Quinoa Flour for up to 25% of the total flour in your favorite apple cake, like this one. Hope this helps! Mollie@KAF
