I cannot count the times the pineapple upside down cake has come out of the pan without some of its upside down pineapple topping. I have a habit of not waiting for the cake to cool before unmolding. What!? The smell drives me crazy and makes the clocks run faster than they are supposed to. That's my story and I'm sticking with it. ;-)
