My 1850's Applesauce Cake makes a LARGE 9x15 cake. Put it in a LARGE Bundt pan, baked it, cooled it, flipped it out onto a plate and watched it slooowly ooze out at the sides. I forgot to add an extra large spoon of corn starch to account for the extra sauce. ;( Took a pumpkin roll out of the freezer to take to a potluck. Salvaged part of the cake by baking in the microwave a bit longer.
