Love these stories every year! Your pizza is quite beautiful, even if it isn't edible! Ever use your oven as a "proofing box"? I used to, until I made this mistake. I put my shower-cap covered stainless bowl in the slightly warmed oven to proof sourdough rye. You guessed it! I forgot it was in there and turned the oven on to preheat something for dinner. Didn't realize it until I smelled plastic and bread. Ugh! The bread baked to the bowl and the plastic hardened like cement! My dear husband worked and worked at that bowl and finally sanded it to get the hardened plastic off. Lesson learned!
