Wow and all kinds of fantastic. You give us home bakers permission to not expect perfect. It is from the not perfect that we can learn our best lessons. Yesterday made cinnamon buns, followed recipe traditional yeast in to flour. Oh was I upset...should have known better. Elementary lesson... proof the yeast in warm liquid. Well after much self talk, throw out the dough and start over or just wait and see. I continued on, dough rose nicely and finished product was delice. Will I follow that method again? NO WAY. Too much stress. Thanks for reading. Love everything the King Arthur way.
