Megan November 18, 2024 at 12:40pm I keep my crusty white bread dough in the fridge for 7 days before baking. If I wanted to add fresh herbs/spices to, would it be OK to mix those into the dough ahead of the 7 day bulk rest? I'm going for more flavored than actual add-ins. Reply
