Hi Marge! I would recommend substituting up to 25% of the flour for the 6 grain blend. Additionally subbing one cup of whole wheat flour for the all purpose flour called for will also be just fine. In both cases, I would recommend adding 10g of water to your recipe for each cup of flour substituted this way. Happy baking!
