Great Bread!
Mixed in a couple t’s of caraway.
Substituted 100g of AP flour with 100g of organic rye flour also added 13g of water to compensate for the rye flour. Read some blogs that recommended the xtra water when using some rye flour. It came out great. Any additional tips would be appreciated Not sure if I just got lucky?
