Tina December 11, 2020 at 9:17pm I tweaked the recipe by replacing about 1 cup of the flour with regular cocoa powder (not Dutch). It rose and baked absolutely beautifully. But it had a bitter aftertaste. Any idea why or how to avoid this? Reply
