We're sorry to hear that your bread didn't have as much flavor as expected, Lynn. You can try shredding or dicing your cheese into smaller chunks so it is more dispersed, as well as sprinkling some on the top of your loaf towards the end of the bake. This should help to get more cheesy goodness throughout your loaf. Also, using a sharper cheddar will help to highlight that cheese flavor in your bread. We hope this helps and happy baking!
