Earlier I posted a reply to Michele's post about lard bread...by mistake I put in Michele's name under name in my post...but I found a recipe for Cuban Bread and it uses lard and comes out great..I made roles and then found a recipe for Cuban Sandwiches and had friends over...everyone loved the soft bread... Tom
