I have made the dough according to the recipe but it has come out rather wet. Most recipe I use do the same. While I am learning how to work with a wet dough it is frustrating when the illustrations and descriptions indicate a more manageable dough. I thoroughly read the recipe and the blog before starting. Also I used King Arthur bread flour so I would have expected a dough that was more dry than wet. Any feedback as to what might be the issue? Thanks
