For cooking in a Dutch Oven, you don't need to preheat the Dutch Oven like you would with a pizza stone? When cooking sourdough I usually heat the dutch oven for a while and then carefully drop the loaf in. I see here you're doing your final rise in the dutch oven itself and then putting it in the hot oven, is this correct?
