Hi Barb, Thank you for all the tips! I uploaded a couple of photo's to the Sift Facebook page if you'd like to see how the Rye turned out. I'll be making this again - as soon as I get some pumpernickel flour ordered. I've got just enough to keep Heathcliff happy until it comes in. :-)
