Sondra, I've updated the recipe in both posts to include ounce and gram measurements, and the recipe page does allow you to toggle through and choose to view this recipe in either volume, ounce or gram measurements. The place to make this choice is right below the word "Ingredients" on the recipe page. I hope this helps make this recipe clearer and more accessible to all those bakers out there who are "metricated." We're big fans of using weigh measurements here at King Arthur, but know that not everyone has a home scale.
