Dale, I order KAF flours from iHerb who delivers it to me in Porto Portugal with all tax and tariffs included in price. You might be able to do the same. Yes, KAF almond flour is pricy but it is worth it for quality and flavor. They also have sales this time of year (pre-holidays) on many KF products. KAF was very helpful to me when adjusting to the higher fat content in European butters that affected my US-based recipes.
