Desperate circumstances…found ourselves in a situation with no gluten free options in the market but we did have a bag of almond flour. I didn’t REALLY make the recipe…used 4 tbsp butter Ava 1/4 c granulated sugar and mini chocolate chips…but used it as a base. It was good, but didn’t taste like shortbread, imo. Too almond-y. Again, a good cookie. Just not shortbread
