Hi Dale, we understand that not everyone who uses our website has access to our products, but we hope you'll still be able to benefit from our many recipes, blogs, videos and other baking resources. Sharing the joy of baking isn't all about selling products, and if you call our Baker's Hotline we'll be happy to discuss possible substitutions for some of the ingredients called for in our recipes. We're here M-F from 9am-9pm EST, and Saturday and Sunday from 9am-5pm EST, and the number to call is 855-371-2253. We're also available via chat, if calling isn't convenient.
