The cookies are outstanding and the perfect accompaniment to a cup of tea. I followed the recipe for one batch and then added four packets of True Lemon to a second batch and they had a perfect lemon flavor. The packet describes True Lemon as cold-pressed crystallized lemon and says that one packet equals one wedge. This is a terrific recipe that will definitely be perfect to make for all sorts of occasions.
