Hi Monique! We recommend consulting our High-Altitude Baking Guide, and for specifics on baking with almond flour at high-altitude, contact one of the two helplines listed on the baking guide; either the Colorado State University extension or New Mexico State University, as they have the most information on baking at high-altitude since we aren't at high-altitude here in Vermont.
