Gina, we don't recommend substituting liquid sweeteners in this recipe. While the resulting batter will taste delicious, the cookies won't hold together properly. Sugars are often interchangeable with some tweaks to the recipe, but for these cookies, bakers are best off sticking to the ingredients as written. We think you'll find the results delightful!
