Hi Dory, we appreciate your keen attention to detail. The nutritional panel serving size needs to be rounded to the nearest conventional household measurement, so it does not always convert exactly from what might be listed elsewhere (like in recipes or in the Ingredient Weight Chart). In the case of the almond flour, the measure is rounded up slightly from what you might experience if you measure out a 1/4 cup of almond flour at home. Our weight chart is developed to help provide consistent results, but it should also be kept in mind that exact measures may vary slightly due to variables outside of our control (the weather, the specific measuring cup, differences in agricultural ingredients, etc.). This shouldn't concern you, however, if you're measuring your ingredients by weight because this is how our recipes are developed. If you use the weights listed in the recipe, you should have good results. (Also in the case of almond flour, using a little more of less will not affect your baked goods.)
