Hi Gigi, almond flour can't be used to replace 100% of the regular flour in a recipe successfully since it's gluten-free. Instead of trying to adjust your crust recipe, we'd recommend using the recipe here to make almond shortbread, and then press the dough into the bottom of the pan until it's about 1/4" thick. It will be nutty and delicious. Kye@KAF
