I searched for an almond shortbread crust for cheesecakes. This recipe looks awesome - think it could be used for a cheesecake crust? Have a recipe for a white chocolate raspberry cheesecake and thought an almond shortbread crust would be delish. Bake before adding the batter, of course. Thanks!
