FINALLY!!! I have achieved my perfect texture chocolate chip cookie all thanks to you!!! I’ve tried many many many recipes promising their recipe was it…so many disappointing results! It was obvious you knew what you were doing but I’m so appreciative that not only did you do all that work, you shared your knowledge that would help others seeking their perfect cookie texture too. Thanks to you, I have baked the perfect air light crisp crunchy textured cookie that’s not rock solid or tastes like cr@p (sorry to say so many internet recipe suck). This texture has been ever elusive in my kitchen until today. If I could hug you I totally would lol. THANK YOU!!!!
