I followed the recipe for Chocolate Chip Cookies on the large bag of King Arthur flour. The batter was very stiff and cookies didn’t spread. I was disappointed in the results.This recipe only called for butter.I noticed another recipe that PJ posted had butter and shortening as ingredients. I think the extra fat would have helped.
