When you say "Substitute 1 cup brown sugar for the 2/3 cup brown sugar and 2/3 cup granulated sugar." do you mean we would use the 1 cup brown sugar and no granulated sugar at all? We are going to try you cookie chemistry tips on oatmeal cookies.
