I really appreciated your post here . I have a recipe I got from a nyc pastry chef I’ve used for years. I was a baker that did cool pastry chef work also. Many people have loved them through the years but my wife and daughter wanted a thinner and crispier cookie so I will check out some of your suggestions thanks a bunch.
