Can't wait to try this recipe! My only concern is the amount of oil in the recipe. My family is trying to eat healthier. I can sub the sugar with Swerve or Splenda; however, all that oil means lots of calories from fat. Since the cake is made using white whole wheat flour, would usual subs for oil (i.e., yogurt or applesauce) yield a more heavy cake? Thx.
