I definitely want to try this as my husband and I would like a less-sweet coffee cake for Christmas. How exactly do you measure 1/16 teaspoon of yeast for the starter. My smallest is the little measuring spoons that say Smidgen, Pinch or Dash. Could it be the Smidgen spoon? Thanks
