Hello, Sourdough is referred to several times in the comments and replies. Is the sponge what is being referred as sourdough? Can sourdough starter be used? There are several KAF recipes that call for an overnight sponge, can sourdough starter be used in these. I'm obviously a novice baker but I love baking and King Arthur recipes. Thank you, Joe
