Ken, I've done this — you might need to experiment a bit to find out exactly how long, and at what temperature, you need to preheat your oven, since I've never seen an oven with a setting of 75°F. You can also try just turning the oven light on for a couple of hours, then turning it off; if I leave my oven light on the oven temp. stays at just under 90°F, so turning it off would, I imagine, lower the temp. a bit, hopefully to the 75°F you're looking for.
