Hi LL, I suspect you could use the same filling and method and follow the directions for mixing the GF Bread Mix and it would work fine. We also have this recipe that uses our Gluten-Free Bread and Pizza Mix, which makes a Gluten-Free Filled Bread, with a variety of options for filling the loaf.
