Hi KJ! Thanks for calling us on the Baker's Hotline today to chat about this! It certainly can be a challenge to bake egg free AND gluten free because of the structure that eggs lend to those types of breads. However, with the new Gluten Free Bread Flour we offer, you can take a look at some cinnamon bread recipes that are originally wheat based and follow the guidelines for substituting in that new gluten free flour.
