I've been baking the Classic Baguette recipe for some months now, and it is sooooo good. I did the stuffed baguettes today as well, and my god, so yummy. We did one with cheddar, tomato paste and fresh sage, and another with mustard, cheddar and fresh sage. Sensational. My daughter thanks you :) If anyone's interested, from the standard Classic Baguette recipe, I got two baguettes at 250gr each, and 2 stuffed baguettes at about 185gr each, which was a great size. And the possibilities for other stuffings is endless. Thank you King Arthur!
