One more loaf pan question! I do have the 9x4x4 pan, I got it after reading the post on this site about its versatility and how it could stand in for 8.5x4.5 or 9x5. The only recipe I've used with it so far called for over 600g of flour (turned out wonderfully!), my question is, if I'm using it for a recipe written for an 8.5x4.5 pan that calls for 360g of flour, do I need to scale up my flour or can I just use the recipe as written? Thanks :)
