Hi! I love using my smaller pain de mie. But I had issues with rising for a KA cinnamon loaf recipe calling for a 8.5x4.5 pan.

Do you know how I could scale recipes for a smaller pain de mie? I did not know if I made the mistake of assuming my 9x4 Pullman was close enough to substitute for the 8.5x4.5. Thank you.
