Hi Nana, if you purchased one of the Mini Zojirushi Bread machines, they can handle a 3-cup of flour recipe when using the dough cycle. For this size recipe you would want to use an 8 1/2" X 4 1/2" standard loaf pan. A smaller recipe will still fit in the 8 1/2" X 4 1/2" pan, but the loaf won't rise as high in the pan.
