I want to bake bread that requires 4 - 5 1/2 cups of flour, in 2 9 x 5 loaf pans. If I am using my 13 x 4 pullman loaf pan, how do I adjust the baking time? The recipe says 350 deg F for 30 - 33 minutes. And bringing that question further, what is the difference in timing if using the pan cover or not? Appreciate your feedback!
