I’m going to be living in a cabin in the Adirondacks for a month. I will be packing both sourdough starter and yeast (and plenty of flour) but only want to take one bread pan. I have several and the recipes I will probably make use either a Pullman or a 9x5. Which would be better to pack? Thank you!
