Hi Linda, if you add up the weight of the ingredients in the Frenc-Style Country Bread recipe, it makes about 2 1/2 lbs of dough. The product page for the 9" x 5" loaf pan says it will fit 1 1/4 lbs of dough, so if you wanted to make loaves out of that recipe, it would fit in two 9" x 5" loaf pans.
