Hi Helen! Since those are both irregular pan sizes, we recommend making up a standard bread recipe and seeing how much unrisen dough is needed to fill each pan 1/2 to 2/3 full and then weighing that amount of dough. That way you'll be able to note that amount for later baking sessions and have a reference when looking at other recipes.
