Hi Ed! You probably won't need to adjust the volume of the recipe, you'll just have to make up a batch of whatever recipe you're using to see how many small loaves it will make. The bake time will likely be a little shorter, so it's a good idea to check earlier, you just want the interior temperature to reach 190°F on a digital thermometer. Then you'll know it's ready!
