Verna, our Oversized Bread Loaf Pan (10" by 5") bakes a 1 1/2 pound loaf. It sounds like you'll want to either divide your recipe in half or get a second large loaf pan so the recipe can be divided between the two pans and baked. Hope that helps! Kye@KAF
