Hi Jenica, Yes, the information given in this blog assumes the recipe makes one loaf of bread. If you're using a recipe that makes multiple loaves, divide the total amount of flour called for by the number of loaves it makes. This will give you a rough idea of the pan to choose. Happy baking!
