When I made this, I weighed the flour and used the minimum amount of water suggested (it was humid that day). The dough was quite sticky, but I was afraid to add more flour. When I prepped them for the oven, I couldn't get the lines to stay in the dough and it rose a lot in the oven and became quite misshapen. Do you have any idea why?
