Hi Jann, we don't currently sell the SAF-Instant Premium High Power Yeast, but I've included a link so you can check out the specifications of this product. From the description, it sounds like it is less sensitive to cold water and increases the yeast activity to a level that is 15-30% higher than standard dry yeast products. That being said, we find the SAF Red Instant Yeast to be an excellent choice for most baking projects. For sweet doughs (sugar content is 10% or more as compared to the weight of the flour), we recommend the SAF Gold Instant Yeast.
