Same! I don't have the desire or available space (in the fridge/freezer or my small apartment) to store multiple types of yeast, either, so I decided gold would be a better choice to have on-hand for all recipes. I mostly make normal breads (white, whole wheat, etc.) and not sweet breads, but the SAF Gold still delivers a delicious, well-risen loaf!
